چکیده
This study aimed to investigate the molecular mechanism of Picrasma quassioides Benn against inflammation by means network pharmacology. The paper will provide a reference for multi-target and multi-channel treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. Through screening analysis, 11 active ingredients 109 anti-inflammation prediction targets were obtained constructed compound-target network. such as VEGFA, TLR4 STAT3 may play crucial role. Network enrichment analysis showed that potential constitute number pathways or inflammatory reactions closely related inflammation, including NF-κB signaling pathway MAPK pathway. docking results indicated binding energy Picrasidine Y factors VEGFA is highest. predicted role multiple compounds in alkaloids response, provided theoretical basis anti-inflammatory Picrasma.

Anti-inflammatory alkaloids from the stems of Picrasma quassioides BENNET.
During further chemical and biological investigations of Picrasma quassioides BENNET, four new bis-β-carboline alkaloids, quassidines E-H (1-4), and three new β-carboline alkaloids, canthin-16-one-14-butyric acid (5), 3-(1,1-dimethoxylmethyl)-β-carboline (6), and 6,12-dimethoxy-3-formyl-β-carboline (7), were isolated from its anti-inflammatory CHCl(3)-soluble fraction. Structures of new compoun...

Two high-speed countercurrent chromatography (HSCCC) modes were compared by separation of major alkaloids from crude extract of Picrasma quassioides. The conventional HSCCC separation was performed with a two-phase solvent system composed of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-methanol-water (5:5:4.5:5.5, v/v/v/v) with 200 mg loading. pH-Zone-refining CCC was performed with two-phase solvent system c...
متن کاملInhibitory effects of Picrasma quassioides (D.Don) Benn. on airway inflammation in a murine model of allergic asthma.
Picrasma quassioides (D.Don) Benn. (PQ) is used in traditional medicine for the treatment of inflammatory conditions, including gastritis. This study aimed to evaluate the inhibitory effects of PQ on the inflammatory responses in mice with allergic asthma induced by ovalbumin (OVA) and in lipopolysaccharide (LPS)‑stimulated RAW264.7 cells. To induce allergic asthma, the mice underwent OVA sensi...
متن کاملAnti-inflammatory mechanisms of phenanthroindolizidine alkaloids.
The molecular mechanisms for the anti-inflammatory activity of phenanthroindolizidine alkaloids were examined in an in vitro system mimicking acute inflammation by studying the suppression of lipopolysaccharide (LPS)/interferon-gamma (IFNgamma)-induced nitric oxide production in RAW264.7 cells. Two of the phenanthroindolizidine alkaloids, NSTP0G01 (tylophorine) and NSTP0G07 (ficuseptine-A), exh...
